D4L is a rap group with members Fabo (Lefabian Williams), Dennis Butler (Dennis Butler), Stoney AKA Stuntman (Adrian Parks) and Shawty Lo (Carlos Walker) from Atlanta. They formed in 2003 and emerged in late 2005 with the hit single "Laffy Taffy", which reached number one on the U.S Billboard Hot 100 in January 2006. With a solid 175,000 downloads, it can truly be seen as a digital bestseller. Their debut album, Down for Life, was released on November 8, 2005. They are signed to Mike Jones's Record label, Ice Age Entertainment.
